The University of Pretoria is a thought leader in decolonizing higher education. They lead a group of South African Universities on redesigning curriculum for decolonisation via the 'Unsettling Paradigms' project. They also host the Journal of Decolonising Disciplines and a conference on the “Decolonial turn” in curriculum.
