Lund is home to the Center for Sustainability Studies, an interdisciplinary center for research, education and sustainability capacity building in Swedish cities and in the global south. This includes a transdisciplinary and international graduate school focusing on science:policy interfaces. Other innovative educational practices include a course on 'Ecojustice' - co-developed with the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies in Germany, a Massive Open Online Course on 'Working for a Sustainable Future', and an interdisciplinary PhD program in Sustainability Science.
