Universitas Diponegoro's institutional focus is the adoption, internalisation and realisation of the SDGs via their sustainability program entitled UNITY - Undip Initiative for Sustainability. UNITY plans and implements activities relating to infrastructure, energy and climate, waste, water and transportation. They have opened an SDG Center which serves as a focal point to integrate the university's sustainability activities. The center serves to strengthen multidisciplinary intellectual capacity as well as community engagement activities. They have university policies addressing each SDG, and institutional policies are benchmarked against SDGs.
