Using governance, educational and operational approaches, the University of Bremmen applies a whole-institute approach focused on comprehensive auditing of sustainability activities and benchmarking to comparable universities. The University also runs a Virtual Sustainability Academy, offering open, self-paced learning fostering Education for Sustainable Development to all students at the university, and all students in the state of Bremmen.
