The University of Bristol has designed the Bristol Futures Curriculum Framework, an innovative program designed to integrate sustainability across faculties and enhance student engagement with and competency in addressing sustainability. The program consists of a framework for curriculum design for sustainability, applied across the university, as well as cross-faculty workshop/co-creation sessions to address sustainable development. The framework focuses on fostering interdisciplinary and systems thinking competencies, and was developed via a series of curriculum cafes, where a variety of different educational programs were mapped and linked and integrated to the Futures Curriculum.
